I started getting my haircut at Sport Clips over a year ago. The first time I went Amanda ended up being my stylist. Ever since then I will not get a hair cut from any other stylist as Amanda is fantastic. She is always making sure to update the notes for my next hair cut as well as reviewing the notes to know exactly what I want. She is always checking to make sure everything looks good and that I like it. If I want a change, which it is only minor changes, like trimming off a little more, she is happy to do it to make sure that I get exactly what I want. Amanda also does a great job with having a smile on her face every time I have been in, which makes for a great experience. Amanda is the best stylist I have ever been too and again, I will never go anywhere else as long as Amanda is working at Sport Clips!

Worst haircut ever ,received one good haircut on my first visit next time back received a terrible haircut and they talked my seven-year-old daughter into braiding her hair and cutting it which cost me another $35 without my approval, next time back could not get a haircut because they recently stopped taking cash and their credit card machine was down I asked for compensation the manager refused so I called corporate very nice representative apologized and offered me two haircuts for free went in right before the holidays and received A great haircut when in a month later hoping that same stylist would be there not the case received a haircut from a stylist who told me my hair was completely wrong and that I needed to have it trimmed she proceeded to cut basically all of my hair that I had grown for the last six months off telling me that she was a professional and she knew how to deal with the situation I just wanted the top trimmed she took over 2 1/2 inches off of the top when I left I informed her that I had a free haircut coming her comment to me was we don’t give free haircuts here I told her if she looks at the screen a little closer she will see that there is an approval from corporate for me to have a free haircut all it took was for her to glance at the screen to realize that that was exactly what it said I gave her a tip and left I will never go back here again this place is a total crapshoot you can get a great haircut one time and an absolutely terrible haircut the next for the kind of money you have to pay these people it is not worth it I’ll take my chances with the local barber down the street, Their whole concept is dated if you asked me not all guys want to sit around in a sports bar atmosphere listening to televisions rattle off stats from sports commentators and be hustled with the MVP treatment every time you come in
