Amanda went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly the right service I needed. Best scalp massager around!!

Service was unacceptable. Waited 36 min with only one person in front of me. Two styalists on duty Both busy when I arrived. One finished and took client in front of me. Second one finished and then disappeared. She came into the cutting floor a couple of times but never took me to the chair. I finally left out of frustration. If this is the normal level of service at this location I can understand why no other customer came in during the 36-40 min I was there.
